Start by booking a consult. You’ll complete a short intake so Michael can understand your history and goals, then meet with him by video. He’ll evaluate what’s appropriate for you and, if it’s a fit, design a plan built around you, not pulled from a template.
It’s a real clinical conversation, not a checkout form. Michael reviews your history, your goals, your current medications, and any concerns, then explains what he’d recommend and why. You’ll leave understanding your options — whether or not you decide to move forward.
Every plan is designed by Michael himself, based on your evaluation. Nothing is chosen from a menu or set by an algorithm. If a protocol is recommended, he’ll walk you through exactly what it involves and what to expect at each step, so you always know what you’re doing and why.
When a plan calls for medication, Michael sends the prescription to a licensed dispensing pharmacy, which prepares the medication and ships it to you. It is never sourced from a group chat or an unvetted online seller, and Michael will explain where anything comes from before you begin.
Care doesn’t end at the first visit. Michael checks how you’re responding, reviews labs where appropriate, and adjusts along the way. You’ll have a real point of contact for your questions — not a support ticket.
