You book a consult and complete a short intake. Michael evaluates your history and goals via video call, then designs a plan built around you — never picked from a menu or set by an algorithm.
It's a real clinical conversation, not a checkout form. Michael reviews your history, medications, and goals, explains what he'd recommend and why, and answers all of your questions. You decide whether to move forward — no pressure.
When a plan calls for medication, Michael sends the prescription to a licensed dispensing pharmacy, which prepares the medication and ships it to you. It is never sourced from a group chat or an unvetted seller. Michael explains where anything comes from before you begin.
Care doesn't end at the first visit. Michael checks how you respond, reviews labs where appropriate, and adjusts along the way, with a real point of contact for all of your questions.
